Special Interests: Dr. Balduf has an interest in minimally invasive foregut surgery, including the surgical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, achalasia, and repair of para-esophageal hernias. She treats diseases of the gallbladder, small bowel, and large intestine, as well as other types of hernias. Dr. Balduf also performs robotic assisted surgeries with the daVinci Surgical System. Personal Comment: After completing a fellowship, Dr. Balduf returned to the Land of Enchantment to begin practicing. She recently joined NMCC as a general surgeon, treating both benign and malignant conditions. In her free time, Dr. Balduf enjoys spending time outdoors, toiling in her garden and going on hikes with her family. She is still seeking to grow the perfect tomato.
